Timeline/Submission Deadlines

To ensure proper conference planning and compliance with NASBA guidelines, all presenters must meet the following deadlines. By submitting a proposal, you agree to provide all required materials by the specified dates. ITC uses the Cadmium platform for submitting session information, and accepted presenters must use Cadmium to complete their submissions.

Monday, May 4, 2026 - Presentation Submissions Deadline

Monday, June 15, 2026 – Confirm Presenters for the Presentation

• Name, Title, Company, Contact Information, Biography and Headshot
• Confirm if the moderator will be speaking in addition to serving as moderator

Monday, July 6, 2026 – Confirmation of Session Details that will be submitted to NASBA and utilized in all promotional materials

• Session Description
• Session Objectives
• Session Format
• Session Engagement

Monday, October 19, 2026 – PowerPoint Presentations Due

• Final Version of the PowerPoint Presentation in the ITC PowerPoint Template
• If utilizing polling as the method of session engagement, final questions/responses to be submitted
